The patch is embroidered in vibrant colors for full coverage on black goretex and sealed in the back to protect the patch and extent its longevity. Isacord polyester embroidery thread makes the patch look shiny and vibrant. 

Each patch is checked for quality of stitching and cutting (which is done manually) before it goes out to you. 
Technically this is an iron on patch, but as I have seen the heat and bond fail in a few occasions, I sell this patch as a sew on. 

Changes in thread color are done manually and price reflects that.
