For fans (like me) of the fantastic book by Andy Weir, The Martian, with Matt Damon in the leading role as Mark Watney. Astronaut Mark Watney (Damon) is left behind on Mars, and he uses his experience and knowledge to fight for his survival on the planet in the hopes that he will be rescued one day.

This a companion patch to the circular ARES III mission patch. 

This is v2 of the patch. I took another stab at matching colors of the blue / black background of the center of the patch and I think this one is much closer to the patch from the movie.

The patch measures 4x2 (or 4 x 1.75 if you prefer
It is sealed in the back with heat and seal for extended durability.
